 Plan a party at The Arty People Studio for your next event.  Whether you're planning a Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Corporate Meeting, Church Outing or Birthday Party our Studio is the perfect place!   Our beautiful Studio is available for private Rental and is the perfect place to entertain.  Nestled in the beautiful historic Mishawaka Riverfront area, our Studio rental is $150 for 3 hours (Plus setup time).   Our Studio is located at 109 E 1st Street, Mishawaka IN 46544  with ample parking.  No two events are the same, and our setup adjusts depending on your party type and how many guests will attend.

If you want the fun of a party without the hassle of details, consider one of our Party Packages for both Kids and Adults so that we take care of the details and you can just enjoy your event.  Customized packages available.

 

Feel like painting? 

Plan a fun girls night, work party or other Adult Private Paint Party at the Studio.  Choose the picture beforehand and our instructor will walk your guests through how to paint the chosen painting step by step.  10 or more adults required and prices vary, starting at $25 per person.  We also offer other Adul Party Packages.  

 

 Planning a Kids Birthday Party and want to  make it a Painting Party?  The birthday boy or girl can choose the picture beforehand and our instructor will walk the children through the chosen painting, step by step.  The basic package for 12 kids is $250, $15 for any additional kids.   We also offer several different kinds of Kids Party Packages that include much more.

Studio Rentals:

- Can accommodate up to 35  people and we provide tables and chairs for up to that amount of people.
- Includes Tables, Chairs and Audio access

- A non-refundable deposit of $75 confirms your party date. For date availability you must call our Studio at 574-301-9744.  Studio Rental deposits are the only way to confirm your date/time is secured.  You will receive  contract and policies for review.  You may book two time slots back to back, if you desire, when available.  If booking 6 hour rental, a $200 security deposit is required.   Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date. 

 

Any Party Packages are an additional deposit.  
All deposits are non-refundable.  Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
- At least 2 adults are required to attend and stay for the duration of any studio  party.

- There is ample Parking available. 
- Any food must be prepared as we do not have a stove.  We do offer a kitchenette area with refrigerator, freezer, microwave and counter space. No outside alcohol is allowed.  
- For an additional charge, we can provide soft drinks, cupcakes, snacks, decorations, etc. Just ask.

Available Days / Start Times for Parties

Mondays thru Thursdays: Anytime after 5:00pm  (Access 1/2 Hour early for setup)
Saturdays:   Varies on Event (Access to Studio 1/2 Hour early for setup)
Sundays: Varies on Event (Access to Studio 1/2 Hour early for setup)

Friday or Saturday nights: We generally do not host private events on Friday or Saturday nights in studio because we are open to the public. However, we can consider your request if you have plan to utilize a Party Package or Add-On.  The evening must be guaranteed with an advanced payment of at least $200. Requests will be considered as they are received and the decision will be based upon our current schedule and registrations.

More Important Information

 Private parties can pick the painting they want to paint as a group. We will supply the set-up, paintbrushes, easels, canvases, paints, aprons, art instructor, and clean-up for your event. Please allow 2 hours to complete the class.

We offer beer & wine as well as non-alcoholic options for purchase.
